What to Expect & How It Works

At MightyMe, every party is active, engaging, and unforgettable!
Kids run, jump, and play in a safe, exciting environment — while parents relax and enjoy the celebration.

Private use of MightyMe’s play space included.
Here’s how it works: 

  • Pick your date.
  • Share your party details (age, guest count, food, add-ons, etc.).
  • We’ll handle the rest — setup, cleanup, and guided activities — for a stress-free, joy-filled day.

The Ultimate Mighty Party
$249 Mighty Party

Includes:

  • 60 minutes of coach-led play
  • 30 minutes for food and cake
  • Two dedicated coaches leading custom-themed games and activities (we’ll incorporate your birthday theme!)
  • MVP birthday experience + MightyMe gift for the birthday child
  • Pizza and drinks for up to 12 participants (add-ons available)
  • Party essentials — plates, cups, napkins, utensils, tablecloths, tables, and chairs
  • Complete setup and cleanup for a stress-free celebration

Add-Ons Available:

  • Extend the fun with 30 extra minutes of play for $50
  • Individual food and drink options available for pre-purchase
  • Additional participants beyond the included 12 are just $15 each
  • Optional MightyMe merchandise (T-shirts, water bottles, etc.) available at check-in

Additional Information
  • You’re welcome to bring your own cake! Please note we’re unable to provide refrigeration at this time.
  • We'll provide table and chair setup based on your final headcount (due 48 hours before the event).
  • Families may arrive up to 15 minutes early for setup.
  • Guests should plan to depart at the end of the scheduled party time.
Play Requirements
  • For our Mighty Minis (ages 2–3) classes, parent participation is required during the play portion to help everyone feel comfortable and supported with the structure.
  • However, for birthday parties, we can tailor the format to the birthday child's needs, comfort level, and friends — whether that means more free play, guided activities, or a mix of both. We’ll make sure it’s the most fun experience for everyone!
  • A parent/guardian must sign a waiver for each child participant before entering the play area (we can send a fillable form for easy sharing).
  • All children must wear full-sole grippy socks (available for purchase at check-in for $6/pair).
  • Adults entering the play floor must also wear socks (regular or grippy).
  • Our team will manage guest check-in, verify waivers, and assist with grippy sock purchases as needed.
Payment Terms
  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party.
  • The remaining balance is due at check-in on the day of your event.
  • Payments may be made via credit card or ACH.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • The $75 deposit is non-refundable.
  • If canceled within 7 days of the event, the remaining balance is still due in full.
  • If MightyMe must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
